i could see coloured names with the previous messenger plus! extension, but now i have updated it (it is messenger plus! live now) i cant see them. my friends who have it can and they have the same things installed as me. i have searched through all the settings etc and cant find out why i cant see them. All i can see are the codes. help!

Go into the Plus! Preferences... go to the Customize tab... make sure it's in the Main part of that tab... and be sure that... "Use formatting attributes to color contact names in Messenger Windows" is checked
