handwritting tab doesnt seem to work for me. i keep getting a pop-up saying i need to install or update software & wen i go to 'help' it says i need to download Journal Viewer & Security Update. is there any other way of enabling the handwritting tab? like a patch or something?

What's wrong with Journal Viewer and a security patch? Just install them.

i want the convert tab but can't find the required files anywhere
