When I open a blank document, it opens like this:

I want it to be something like this... This is what it looks like when I go on 'View > Header and Footer'. The thing is when I stop editing the header/footer, it doesn't show, and goes back to the image above. Zooming out just mkaes the text smaller.

I want to be able to view it like this all the time, but I've tried everything and can't get it to stay.

Any help??

Look in the bottom left of the screen. See how in the header and footer screenshot, the 3rd view option is selected? (Sorry I don't know the names). Click that when you're out of that mode and it should work.

Or, View > Page Preview Print Layout.

He's in "normal view" and he wants "print layout view"

But yeh, dunkers is right, you can also change this using the view menu
