Hi there 
Is there any function in relation with Ink Message ?
For exemple : Event when HandWriting message receive, be able to know the code of this message etc..

Nope. Plus! doesn't support the detection of ink.

No there is no function mentioned in the documentation associated with receiving an ink message. I would assume it comes under "unknown" on OnEvent_ChatWndReceiveMessage() for more information look it up in the scripting documentation
