installing scripts by foaly on 07-14-2006 at 07:58 PM

when you want to install a script and there is a non-signed-in messenger left of a signed-in messenger in your systemtray, a popup with the text:

"you have to sign in before installing script" (or something like that)

will popup so you won't be able to install the script

That's odd, are you sure it's logged on?

yes positive... it's like the one most to the left has the most priority...

:S I don't understand, what do you mean?

maybe with a picture it is easier to explain...

in the picture there are 2 messengers in the system tray...
but because the left one isn't signed-in it gives the error...

Ahh... Well, that's a bug that seem to be coming from the "Allow me to connect with more than one acount at the same time" feature (excuse my spelling).
Because one of them is on, and the other isn't.

This is something Patchou should try to fix, it should be possible. :)

Plus! probely see's that one of the messengers arn't signed in and therefore gives the error.

Just exit it while your installing the script.

well if the signed-in on is left of the non-signed-in one it doesn't give the error...

What is happening is the script is actually loaded into the last launched instance of Windows Live Messenger. If it is not signed in then Messenger Plus! Live will not let you import the script. It is somewhat by design and somewhat of a bug. I will talk to Patchou regarding this issue.
