Not a bug but the version of MsgPlusLive.dll and MsgPlusLiveRes.dll is 4.00.240 
And thanks for this dll (MsgPlusLiveRes.dll) it's cool for skinning

a) This dll has been there in previous versions of msgplus live too
b) It shouldnt be used for skinning directly (i.e. using some sort of resource editor). The Interfaces should be exported to the /Interfaces/ subfolder (and Images to /Images/) and edited in there.
