Since (i think?) going into the Yahoo messenger beta I haven't been getting popups when new people message me. I left the beat, and am using build 792, but still nothing fixed.
Any idea whats wrong?

Umm... Try reinstalling, see if that helps.

It may be due to the server problems, which are now (I believe) are fixed.

Also, make sure your status isn't set as busy, and check the options

nopee not on busy, never am.. STILL no popups
Is ther something in the options hiding this?

hmm, have you made sure that there is a check next to "Display alerts when a message is recieved." in the Tools/Options/Alerts And Sounds menu?
