8100030d error question by MarkSensei on 07-29-2006 at 04:19 AM
I am getting a
"signing into Windows Live Messenger failed because the service is temorarily unavailable" error when I try singing into MSN Live
I did not have this problem until I installed it. I would like to know if this is a problem with Microsoft being down or does the problem reside on my side?
so far I have done the following.
-re-installed it
-Flushed my DNS from cmd
-Made sure TCP 1863 is open from >control pannel>security settings.
and some points of interest on my side is that when I use MSN live's connection tester, under the TCP test field, it cannot connect.
this is to my knowledge day 3 of the problem.
If anyone knows anything, I would be gracious for some help.
Thanks
Mark
