can anyone help?

I am having some problems, the first been teh same as a few others on here that its telling me that my name is invalid and i cant change my name or personal message - anyone found a solution or know what this means???

the next one is that i seem to have been taken off some peoples lists?

they are on my list but just appear offline, i cant send offline messages or anything -

any one help? please - its getting annoying now! lol
