Are there any skype compatiable routers availalble?

I.e. routers that let you plug in a phone and make skype calls without having a PC switched on?

Or, any devices that do such a thing?

you can get a SIP adapter that will connect to a SIP VOIP server through ethernet and let you plug a standard phone in

And I think BT's Total Broadband hub has a handset with which you can make VoIP calls.

So the technology's coming, it'll just take a while.
