I have looked everywhere but cant find one...
im looking for a transparent vista theme that works with window blinds 5, does any one know where i can get one??

There is one that comes with Windows blinds 5. If you aren't using the pirated version.

hmm... i downloaded wb5 from the site about an hour ago, theres no ista theme in there..
