When I r-click on 2 of my contacts and go to Messenger Plus! Features, all the options are in grey and unavailable (except copy e-mail adress). I can't look at the "Contact Information" ...

I can't understand how it happens and how to repair this problem. I try re-installing WLM and MsgPlus! but nothing change.

Can anyone help me ?

Try Deleting thos Two Contacts from your Contact list (Don't have to Block them) .. just Delete and Remove from Address Book.

Sign Out, then Sign back in.. and Re-add the Two Contacts back to your list.

I had a similar problem, you seem to be having the same one.

That's not the right solution. The right solution is to Edit the Contact, and change the Primary E-mail Address to Instant Messaging Address.
