would it be possible to make a script that can tell you when a certain item has had another bid on?

it must be able to be dun by searching they item number and finding a couple of values

It looks like it'd be possible with the eBay Developers API, but it seems to be the worst set up idea ever, I'm tempted to do it by just downloading the page manually instead, but I'll try and work out their crappy API first. :/

I could maybe make a program for you to do it, while he works out the API.

If I do would you want it to run with windows?

I'll also try making a script but no promises because I'm only 13 years old.
