WLM name by Jimbo on 09-15-2006 at 08:29 PM

my WLM name at the moment is
·#·$,#FF0000 ·$,#BB0000 ·$,#880000 ·$,#440000 ·$4,1     Jimbob James      ·$,#440000 ·$,#880000 ·$,#BB0000 ·$,#FF0000 ·0

Is it possible to make the word 'says' (when i send a message) in this gradient aswell, or just with a block background?

ok, is there an easy way of just making 'says' have a black background

Remove the ·0 from the end of your name. Then add a colour code at the end of your name to change the colour, for example, ·$1 at the end to make it black.

Use ColorNick Version 2 so it does it for you.

Please remember to Search before posting, been asked many, many times.

Or update to Messenger Plus! Live for Windows Live Messenger to use BBCode, which is easier to do, instead of the annoying little dot and dollar signs, you use ...

code:
[b]this is bold[/b], [i]this is italic[/i], [u]this is underline[/u], [c=4]this is red text[/c]

ok, but i want to put a black background on the word 'says'. it is possible because jay_jay has it in his WLM name, but he won't tell me how to do it.

Read the tutorial :)

Add a comma, ·$,1 to change the background; replace 1 with the colour code.

quote:
/nick ·#·$,#FF0000 ·$,#BB0000 ·$,#880000 ·$,#440000 ·$4,1     Jimbob James      ·$,#440000 ·$,#880000 ·$,#BB0000 ·$,#FF0000·$,1
