Hey people, i would just like to ask if you've got your MSN name in colour, can you get different parts in different colours?.

If you can then how do you do it, please reply a.s.a.p.

What's the difference between bbcode and irc??

RE: I have a question. . . by NanaFreak on 09-17-2006 at 10:39 AM

irc will let your MP!3.xx contacts see the colours and bbcode is only MP!L

and if you want to tell me the name and the colours and where the colours go i will do it for you :D

RE: I have a question. . . by NanaFreak on 09-17-2006 at 11:17 AM

You can use HTML colors, use: '[c=#FF0000]Text[/c]' for red...
However, Plus also has standard colors built in from 0 to about 63
Some basic colors are:

code:
0 - white
1 - black
2 - dark blue
3 - dark green
4 - red
5 - dark red
7 - orange
6 - purple
8 - yellow
9 - green
12 - blue

You can also change the color of the text with the Format panel, it's in the convo window, right of the MP!L logo, and left of the little speaker (Emotioon sounds)
Or you can change the color in the personal settings window (where you change your name) to the right of the name is a button 'Format codes'

You can, use the /nick2 command in a chatwindow

RE: I have a question. . . by deAd on 09-19-2006 at 10:13 PM

What's the difference between /nick2 and /nick?

RE: I have a question. . . by Shondoit on 09-20-2006 at 05:17 AM

/nick closes all open tags, so if you type '[b][c=4]name' it will change your name to '[b][c=4]name[/c][/b]'
/nick2 doesn't, it stays open, so everything after that, is marked up as well... the same example used with /nick2 will cause the 'says' to be bold and red too
