I searched my PC for the file "getflash.dll" and it was located in C:\Program Files\Flashget. So it seems that the module "getflash.dll is related to the download manager Flashget rather than with Macromedia Flash. I went to the IE Addon manager and disabled getflash.dll plugin, but I'm concerned that I might lose some functionality. At least Flashget is still working fine, so I don't know exactly what getflash.dll exactly does.

by its name, i would suspect that this is just (part of) the program from when you installed flash.

In IE go to tools > Manage Addons > Show: Add-ons that have been used.
Find Get Flash on the list and select disable on the bottom of the window
