Open a window conversation and type "/patchou" without the quotation marks and hit enter. Something new should be open.
And click on the nose area.

Not to mention that's well known by now, it has been there since plus 3

I remember when Plus! Live was released everyone was using loads of hints about the poking bit and i didn't get it.
