I 've tried like ten times....but whenever i click the donwload button, it starts downloading, but failed(when only 30% was downloaded) everytime !!!!!!

Need helps...... ;)

Delete you internet cache and download from mirror like http://www.feluowns.com/MsgPlus!Live-401.exe
To clear cache
In Internet Explorer - Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files
In FireFox - Tools > Clear Private Data > Cache
