Does anyone know how i can get rid of the emails on the logon screen?

I was on my mums PC and now it displays how many emails i have, along with my email address, is there anyway to remove that?

Edit: Navigate to the locaton mentioned there in the registry and remove the keys corresponding to your email address.

The count will disappear after 3-5 days anyway.
