It has a rep from MC Inferno and only part of the link is a link :/

I know its not a glitch because all the reputations that have a link to a post or something its like that.

That feature lets you reference certain threads/posts/users in reputation comments. The format is basically...
(uid|tid|pid)(=| )([0-9]+)
So you could say "Duplicate account (see uid 12345)" or something...
