You should already know that to see if this is a Plus! bug you need to uninstall Plus! and check again.

i have tryed
and i haven't been able to reproduce it with or with out plus so i still don't know what caused it

Here's a few question
What version of WLMsgr are you using?
Have you try rebooting your windows?
Have you try reinstalling WLMsgr?
Have you try reinstalling MSG Plus! live after you have a clean reinstallation of WLMsgr?
Have you try doing a disk cleanup after you have uninstall WLMsgr and MSG plus! Live?
If you have tried practically everything, then try a clean system restore, and if you have done so, and still having such problem, then i would suggest you to buy a new PC or change your faulty (no offence) hard disk.
