I am having this severe problem with formatting my numeric field in Access 2007. I noticed when I entered a number eg. 7759.70 It would automatically round it off to 7760.00 while the decimal place value is set to 2, I tried everything possible, nothing seems to work which was so easy in 2003 version. Can you help please because I’m about to EXPLODE!8o|8o|8o|8o|

Change field type from Long Integer to Double.

I FINAL GOT IT AFTER 24 HRS!! :banana:[Image: banana_flip.gif]:banana:[Image: banana_flip.gif] After using Eljay's method, all I had to do was to Compact and Repair. Thanks Eljay's
