open a url inside the right side of the chat-window by Pumukel on 11-19-2006 at 10:30 PM

i uploaded to imageshack 2 pictures.

the first one shows the invation to the tv-show. thatīs the same like to start a remote-session. so itīs just a file which it receives, which includes the ip-adress of the webserver where the the stream is on.

the second shows the windows inside the chat-window.

if you know howto send that file, which just needs an ip-adress and maybee the size of the frame, i would be happy to read that. :P

From what I can make out, it's just an activity and so most likely has limited streams to show. I don't think you can "send" a URL to it.

(Somebody correct me if I'm wrong)

i donīt want that streams inside it.

i want to open a website in that part of the chat-window.
e.g. i send an invation to a friend, and if he accept, than the website opens in that part of the chat-window

Do you know what you're talking about? Of course it wouldn't!

You'd need to create a Messenger activity that would allow you to enter an URL and the contact to see it (you'd both see it). There might actually be one already...http://gallery.live.com check there :)

what i mean is that you would have to hook hook tcp and send a activity message that opens the page you want.

Nope, you can't browse inside WLM or MSN Messenger, unless by an activity with a contact, but I can't find that anywhere.

Just checked it myself and didn't find anything useful (well, for this purpose anyway)

As I said, do you have any idea what you're talking about? How do you think the Activity Launcher script is made? Nobody would do to that lengths to do that. If you want to open an activity there is an activex object installed with messenger that will do it for you.
