I can't click anything on my taskbar, anyone know why?

Go to Task Manager "Ctrl + Alt + Del" then go to process's then find "explorer.exe" then go to "applications (in the tabs)" Click On New Task type in "explorer.exe".
That should do it.

Try restarting the computer, that sometimes helps.

you have to kill (all) explorer.exe before you start the new one...
else this only opens an explorer window...
