Heres one for ya...
hows about allowing different display pictures for different contacts. FOr example, I have a few people on MSN who like certain display pictures. Can it be done that each contact sees a different display picture of mine??

OK then, hows about some way that it toggles through the images one by one like a slide show or something...

what might be possable, is a script that will toggle to a specific display picture when ever a conversation with that person is open, the other person will still see the other display pictures, but its close to what you want
