I cant seem to get this to work. When i download the script its in a format that requires me to either downlaod a suitable application for it, or choose an alternative application from my computer.

Also, Windows Live Messenger has my Messenger Plus! displayed in the navigation bar, yet it states the compatibilty requirements, when i attempt to upgrade, it displays a downloading error! Some one help as this is getting frustrating. LOL.

Download the script here, make sure you save it as .plsc, then double click it in explorer and messenger plus should open it... Else try reinstalling messenger plus live, maybe something went wrong there.
