Is it possible to make a script that has a window like the "SendTo Contact Launcher" thingy 
and you can click on one of the online contacts and it will open a contact window with them, like the old "Send An Instant Message" in MSN 7.5 used to have. If you dont know what i mean, sorry.

Do you mean like Action > "Send an Instant Message" like WLM as well? Isn't it kind of pointless seeing as though WLM itself has this feature? Or did you only want online contacts listed?

why dont you just use contacts on desktop?
