Need advice - Keyboards - Printable Version

Need advice - Keyboards by vaccination on 12-16-2006 at 10:37 PM

Okay, so i'm getting a new keyboard. I have looked around, and well the Logitech G15 seems to be one of the best.

But what i want to know, is that, is it that great for someone who doesn't do that much gaming? Can i use the 18 'G keys' for things other than just game shortcuts?

And any other suggestions?

EDIT: My budget is like £50 (GBP)

Try this link. That's the site were I order all my computer stuff. It's really good and cheap ;). + delivery time is great. Never longer as 2 days :).

Go to Logitech website and see the specs of the keyboard, it is mentioned even 4 times :p (or simply Google "Logitech G15").

PS: You can display whatever you want on the LCD panel if you know how (eg: use the APIs for that keyboard driver or whatever). But out-of-the-box, the LCD panel is only supported by certain games. Though there is a SDK included in the box.

@cookie: Yeah there are freewere apps that can customize the LCD. ;o

Okay so i'm looking for something that can display mirc on the G15 LCD.

I've done some googling but to no avail. =(

Does anyone have one or know of one?
