How do I make my own sounds? I made a recording on my MP3 player I have it on my comp now what do I do with it to make it a Plus! sound? (it's in .wav format)

Menu Plus! > Sound Library > New Sound > From an existing sound...

I thought I had to paste the sound's file into a certain folder, Thanks for the help
