Why we cant make contact hops? with hopper script it says to wait 40 seconds before making another hop or series of toasts?

Flood Protection, Mnjul added it so you don't molest your contacts

they are our friends we have all rights to do anything with them, it isn't a public chat room where we bug people . Our contacts can always block delete us.
It isn't fair to have flood protection.
