I have a picture (Display Picture), that some people see and some don't. They tell me it shows as there is no picture there at all.
What do i need to do?

I'd say that it's an issue which is more or less server based. Not much you can do when something is server based.

Also this happened to me when I had WLM 8.1 Beta but if you don't have it then its probably a server problem.
