If i switch on my laptop my other pc switchs on as well it is beacause my router is on my other pc and when wireless in on it switch's on my other pc how can i get wireless without my other pc switch its self on.


Laptop switched on --------->router >------------switchs on pc

is the PC using an Ethernet cable or wireless? if it's using wireless it's for one pointless but try switching it so from the router you have a ethernet Cable running to the PC. that might make the differace

Go into your BIOS, and disable wake on LAN.

Ok thats a betta idear than mine :P lol

If you are not sure about Your BIOS, and how to get into it, when you trun ur pc on look on the screen from exit or delete or a function key number. press this and aceesess your bios. don't change anything you are not sure about but if u do, u can always exit without save.

Oo.. since when is Wake on LAN default set to ON? I'm guessing you haven't manually turned it on yourself!

And since when was it in bios?
I've always had a seperate program.

Whaaat? Its always been in the BIOS :P as it is a BIOS option.. your OS doesn't run it...
