please i have a problem shown in below image in which i am not able to see the chat logs i have although just 2 days ago they were ,, the following message apears :



please tell me what to do ,, i neeed those logs so badly , i did wverything mentioned in past solutions from updating to reinstalling and so on ,,,

It appears the file has become corrupt. There is not much you can do about it really, it's just unluckily it has happened, especially as that is the file you want.

100% sure, after all the file is corrupt. Best thing, delete it and start over

Thats very unlucky, I hope I don't ever get that problem. Is there anyway to make sure you don't get his problem is it just a hit and miss thing?

the problem is different now ,,,


i reinstalled messenger plus and now it give the cypographic key stuff,,

i already did update and all other stuff ,,

so is it a  bug or what?
