Hi there. 
I used Messenger Plus! Live to check my gmail over the pop-server... My problem is that it reported all the mails as unread mails to my windows account, so now, every time i log on to windows, it says 109 unread mails in my mailbox.
Now I've disabled the function and I'm using another way to check my gmail, but the notification of the 109 mails is still there. So I wondered if anyone here would know how to delete the information about the mails, presumably in the registry...

I was aware that it wasn't a problem with msgplus!, and that the checker fetches the number of mails in the gmail-account 
... Just figured that as it was plus! that caused it, I would post it here...
And... Thanks for the second link... Sorry for not finding it myself and making a mess with posting a new thread
