hey .. i have a problem that my msn keeps crashing just when i sign in using my email so i read in one of the posts about a script that helps reducing the memory used by msn but i dont know how to install the script 
so someone plz help me .. thx

Right click on the download link of the script > click save target as.
After you have completed the download, double click on it. Follow the instructions given thereafter.

However, scripts only work for Windows Live Messenger with Messenger Plus! Live installed. Anything else and it won't work.
