Hey i just started learning JScript but i cant find the program to make the scripts anywhere....
Anyone got links or friendly advice?

You do not need a particular program. Any text-editor will do.
If you want to make Messenger Plus! Scripts (which are based on JScript), Messenger Plus! Live comes with its own text-hightlighting text-editor.
