What about IP? by D4rchangel on 01-24-2007 at 12:00 AM

I think Plus! could show my IP before, with some command. Can I know my IP in a script? (I mean my external IP, the one seen from outside places, not the one behind my router)

Or if not, do you know of some external language function that can make it?

look at this thread...

it's about getting the IP in the PSM so the code needs a little tweaking... but it explains how it is done...

(!IP) will do. But if you have a dynamic ip and want to give IP to people so they can access your pc (in case you run a server or in case you have apache installed for testing something), you could considering using the services provided by no-ip.com
