Ok so,

When I got back to sign in.
Almost all my contacts were moved to 'Other Contacts'
Will I have to manually put them back or will it be fixed soon 
?
(I had no one in my 'Other Contacts' group before. Now all my contacts except those 4 are in there)

Have you tried signing out and signing back in? Or deleting your cache and trying again?

Must mean I have to manually move everyone back
