soz but i have computing homework for 2moz and need some quick ansers,

we are doing database's and we use microsoft office Acsess 2003,( soz if i spelt that wrong)

here is the question,
How can a dentist get a list of all patients in albetical order even if there are some people with the same surname?

The question is worth 3 marks so probs got a big answer

Duplicate values do not prevent a query from returning sorted results, so that seems quite irrelevant. 

If you are sorting by names, you probably should be sorting by last name then first name, yes.  Of course, even then you could have duplicates.  I think the question itself may have lost something in translation for the forums.

Just sort it by last name and then first name =/
