Quick Text Problem under WLMP 4.11.0.254 by Darkangel_3 on 02-14-2007 at 07:36 PM
First I wanted to say, that i havn't found anything via the search, so im going to open this Topic. If a topic with the exact content exists, just gimme the url and close this here. xD
The Second thing I wanna say is, that i'm from germany, so my english isnt very good, not that all germans would speak it so bad, but i'm just a eight-grader.
Last but not least, there is my problem with the WLM - Plus Quick Texts.
So, i've installed the latest Windows Live Messenger Plus! Patch, and want to send one of my Quick texts to a buddy, like "/noicon " pasted into ".D"
But when i've sended it, my MSN took not the /noicon-command, it just posted the /noicon thing. Inclusive the fqcking smiley.
I have no Scripts installed, deinstalled, and installed WLMP more often as I change my underwear and have no idea where the problem could lie.
So, any help outta here?
This is what i'm running at:
Windows XP Service Pack 2 (5.1.2600)
Windows Live Messenger 8.01.0178
Messenger Plus! Live 4.11.0.254
At least i wanted to say: Thx for the hopefully helpful answers

It doesn't help... and besides, there weren't any spaces in the commands. So it doesnt help³.
The Problem is as i said before, just going on with the Quick-Texts. When I'm posting "/noicon " regular it works just as fine as it should, but its too long to write it shortly (wahaha, My logic < the logic of a pot strawberry jam..).
And at least it worked in previous versions of WLMP!.
