i need help on how to download msn live everytime i click on the download it says that this object is block how can i unblock it?

What program is blocking the "object"?
Try downloading Windows Live Messenger from http://g.msn.com/8reen_us/EN/INSTALL_MSN_MESSENGER_DL.EXE
