I have some pictures that rarely randomly dont work and when u click to view it says no preview available and you can't delete it:sad: or change its name or anything... what do I do?

Try to go to safe mode and delete it.

Or.... format the drive you have that picture in.

ANY file that will not open I always try in Notepad first (if it's under a few MB in size) to see if it's textual.
Now, to delete persistent files, I use the Secure Shredder that comes with Spybot-S&D

you can get unlocker -> http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
it allows you to delete/rename  files u get error messages from (file in use etc.)

or try a picture repair program..
i haven't used any so i don't know which one would be good, i can't find any free ones.

I had some pictures that I could not open with Windows Picture Viewer, but I could open them with IrfanView.
