JOOMLA JOOMLA JOOMLA components :-) by joemailey on 03-21-2007 at 03:23 PM

Hi

wondering if any one has joomla experience?

I've been trying my hardest to find somewhere or someone to develop 2 popular components for joomla.

Doc Man - It not been worked on for long time and is currently sitting @ 1.3 rc2.

http://www.mambodocman.com/

* Doesn't read sub directories
* Description is all one, if its long description on the down load page it stays there if you click details just give you same description. Should be setup like the joomla articles. small intro then another box to enter all the details you need. which only get displayed when you click details on the download.

Clan Members - sitting at 0.9.2.2B development doesn't exist no more.

* is not complete still his bugs.

I can't code. Have no idea how to. I was wondering if joomla shack team could take them over?
Clan members component is very popular. As joomla is becoming a popular CMS system. With lot of clans wanting to use it but no community out there to develop stuff for it.

There just huge uptake for clans in joomla with no tools possible. simple things like Clan members would work great.

Its Just Joomla Coding  group ignore all post gaming/clan related.

here another one for example that would be nice project.

Wish some one could help or point me in direction for some one to code. *sigh*

Hate not being able to code.

People will post learn how to code. but if i new how to learn(which my mind is just not same as coders) i would. also time is key factor. i guess i will try to learn but i have no idea how and were to start.

So learning PHP and then learning joomla coding will be hard for me :-(
