Vista installation - doesn't meet criteria by ayjay on 04-05-2007 at 04:31 PM

Hey,

Trying to install Vista Ultimate onto a 15.3GB NTFS-formatted primary partition on a master HDD but it's telling me that it doesn't meet the installation criteria. Also tried leaving it as unallocated space and creating/formatting the partition from within the installer but getting the same problem.

Any help would be great, thanks :p

I'm quite sure Windows Vista Ultimate requires 16 GB, I know, it's a lot.

Can't try a lot of that, don't have Windows, but the rest seems fine.

Just resized to about 18GB and still not working.

Ah well, Vista had its chance, I can go back to solely using Linux and bitching about Windows now :P

Thanks anyway guys.
