Itīs possible create script for display the date and hour a msg offline was received, or the script existed ??
Or, other solution is possible ?

As NiteMare said, OIMs already show the date and time they were sent.

Just out of interest, does Plus' Chat Logging recognise offline messages and tag them appropriately or what?

MP!L recognizes it like this:
