i know someone i added him to my contact list in my messenger who has an email and appears to me as not veified, i want to know how can i make one. it's not @hotmail not @msn ...

Sign up for Microsoft Passport, and don't verify the address (it'll ask for an email to be sent to it with a link to verify).
