Were you aiming to fit all resolutions? Because the way I see it the rectangle divider containing the text is way to small on my 1027 x 768.. I would make it bigger, and align it as other said.

also i'm on linux and dont know if it looks fine in ie.

Except the menu box looks so out of place...IMO I think the menu should be under the title.

I like it much more now, i would make the edges on the menu smoother if it was my design

but the rest of the design doesnt have any roundedness, that would mess it up ;<

I know its centered, but it doesn't look like it is. Maybe add a similar small box to the right? (and put copyright stuff there?) so it looks centered?

Just a suggestion.. if not, I liked it better aligned to the right :/ .. it just doesn't look centered like that (although it is..)

Oh, and I think you should change the title background and the menu hover links as black diagonal lines not really match a landscape view.
