I have a nVidia 7500 LE (Crap, i know. Upgrading soon) and after switching back from my TV to my monitor, it will go all bright and stuff, the only way to sort it out is rebooting.

I have the Latest drivers from nVidia, it happened with the older ones too.

I know its not the monitor, as i have dual monitors and switched the plugs around.

Any ideas on how to stop this, or fix without reboot?

This could have something todo with the fact that TVs run on a lot lower frequency. If you switch to TV, de vert sync. is set to 50 or 60 Hz or something like that. It might be possible that this isn't set back properly to 80Hz (or whatever your monitor supports)...

This is a very long shot though, so don't kill me if this is wrong

hmm, Thanks for the reply, though the refresh rate is exactly the same as it was before. I tried it with my old GFX card today and it didnt happen, it must be this card

I would use the other one but it doesn't like using dual monitors.

I guess i will have to wait until i have enough for my 8800gts.

Yea, the card is just crap.  My friend Dan has the same one.  When he switches back from TV, his screen goes completely blank, so he has to restart.
