Hello,
Forgive me if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find it after a search. Is there any way via MSGPlus or a script that you can change your display name so that it displays one way for some contact and another way for others. For example:
Contact A sees - Mr XX. as the display name
Contact B sees - Mrs YX. as the display name
but it is both for the same account?

No, that's not possible.
