Just wondering, doing revision for new media technology (radios kind of old but still) and out of 20 people only 2 listened to the radio whilst not in the car.

Do you listen to it?

does listening to it when you wake up in the morning count... for like 30sec-2 min??

I listen to it at work for 8-10 hours a day.

most people listen to it in the car, thats just normal... but like hardly any listened to it when the was at home or at work etc...

i've always got the radio on unless im watching tv or something, like today radio woke me up, shower radio whilst in shower, kitchen radio whilst making breakfast.... beats walking around in an empty house!

I lost interest in the radio, sorry. There's some nice stuff on a handful of smaller channels [or Triple J, a national radio station here] at times, but most of it is just crap. Not as bad as TV [next move I make I probably won't own one], but when I've got plenty of music I actually enjoy listening to, why should I bother with the crap on radio during the daytime?

I listen to the radio at work quite often, and when here I don't use the actual radio, but I connect to the online version of a nearby radio station.

yeah at work and i put on some chiillin' radio station when i go to sleep, it roxes. when im washing p or something too, and manybe if im reading or there's nothing on tv =p

I listen in the car and when my alarm goes off in the morning (up to half an hour... depends if i need to get up or not) but I also listen to a few podcasts that are just sections from the radio so that should could too i guess.  In total I would listen to about 4 or 5 hours per week listening I guess... more if I am in the car for longer.

I never listen to the radio at home, but usually at school and work and sometimes while traveling. I have a FM receiver in my phone

I turn it on when I'm in the kitchen

i use wmp 8 to listen on the net sometimes

I do a weekly online radio show and the only thing I listen to is BBC 1Xtra... sometimes BBC Asian Network.

I do listen mostly between the hrs 9am to 12pm week days for a special radio talk show.

I sleep with the radio on, mostly a local radio station. Hot 899.

i listen to it on my phone and sometime when im driving.

I tend to have it on at work for a least a little while and I tend to listen to it when for a few minutes in the working to listen to the windup in the mornings

I listen to it when I'm walking cause my K750i has one.
